Terms of Service
The service
Cashout is a free personal income-tracking tool with an optional community (the Break Room). You must be at least 16 to use Cashout and at least 18 to use the Break Room.
Your data, your responsibility
Cashout helps you record income and estimate taxes, but it is not a tax advisor, and its estimates and exports do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you report to employers and tax authorities.
Break Room conduct
The Break Room is anonymous, not lawless. No harassment, doxxing, spam, illegal content, or attempts to identify other users. Employer reviews must reflect genuine experience. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Liability
Cashout is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
